Chocolate Cupcake Ingredients

300 g Plain Flour/all purpose flour
70 g cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
125 ml veg oil
440 g caster sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
250 ml full cream/whole milk
125 ml hot water
2 tsp instant coffee

Raspberry Rosewater Compote

125 g fresh raspberries
50 g caster sugar
1/2 tsp rosewater

Italian Meringue

200 g egg whites
400 g caster sugar
80 ml (more or less) cold water

Chocolate Dip

350 g 70% Dark chocolate
2 Tbsp of veg oil/coconut oil
