Ingredients
1 lb. Fresh Clams
1 pack Gluten-Free Linguine by Morelli — Shop:
EVOO Roi Monocultivar Taggiasca — Shop:
Fresh Parsley
2 Cloves Garlic
1 glass White Wine
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions:
Mince the garlic
Chop the parsley
In a pan heat the EVOO
Add the garlic, then the clams, then the wine
Sauté until all clams are open
Salt the boiling water
Cook the pasta for 9 minutes
Add to the pan with a ladle of the cooking water
Then add the parsley and freshly ground pepper
Mix
Add EVOO
Plate your dish and sprinkle with raw EVOO
