INGREDIENTS:
FOR CHICKEN MARINATION
* 250 grams Chicken
* 1 pinch Paprika powder
* 1/2 tbsp Hot pepper sauce
* 1 tbsp White vinegar
* 5 tbsp Ketchup
* 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
* 1/2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
* 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
* 1 tsp Red pepper powder
* 1 tsp Fresh chopped garlic
* Salt to taste
FOR PASTA PREPARATION
* 1/2 cup Cooking Oil
* 2 & a 1/2 cup Pasta (elbow preferably)
* 1/2 cup Green peas
* 1/2 cup Carrot
* 1/2 cup Capsicum
* 1/2 cup Green Cabbage
* 1 tbsp Fresh chopped Garlic
* 1/2 Lemon
* 1 and a ½ tbsp of scallion (green onion)
* Salt to taste
* 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
* 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
* 1 cup of water
METHOD:
Start with marinating the chicken in the marination for 20—30 mins. Boil the pasta in salt water with 1 tbsp of cooking oil and put aside. Fry the freshly crushed garlic for 2 mins or until light golden and add the marinated chicken Stir fry for 2 mins. Add all the veggies (carrots, peas, bell pepper and cabbage). Stir it for 3 mins and then add the remaining spices( salt, red chilli pepper and paprika), sriracha and 3 tbsp of ketchup. My pasta seemed a little dry so I added 2 tbsp more of ketchup in the end. Add a cup of water to cook for 10-15 mins or until the chicken is done on low medium flame. Mix in the pasta and squeeze half a lemon and sprinkle thinly chopped scallions. VIOLA the pasta is ready..!!
Dish it out and serve it with garlic bread or by itself.
