Today we show a very easy, no knead Italian Artisa Ciabatta Bread Recipe. This artisan style bread requires just four ingredients, flour, water, salt and yeast. The actual amount of work is reduced being a no knead method, so maybe 15 minutes is how long it takes in total. But… this will be one of the best breads you’ve tasted! Crunchy crust with a bit of a chew, and the inside is tender, moist and chewy. The ciabatta is Italy’s answer to the French baguette, which we did a video on recently:
