After enjoying a relaxing morning at the B Resort’s pool we got ready to head to Epcot and start our day in the parks. We were staving and ready for a late lunch / early dinner! We checked the My Disney Experience App on the way to the park and were able to score a reservation at Epcot’s Coral Reef Restaurant! It had been years since we dined here so we were all very excited to be back! I got my birthday wish and it just so happened that we got seated at one of the table right next to the window looking into the massive aquarium that is part of Epcot’s Seas Pavilion! We got to see so many sea creatures and beautiful fish throughout our meal! We even made friends with an adorable stingray who came and sat by us for a bit. Our meal was incredible! I really am a big fan of the food here. I had the New England Clam Chowder and a Caesar Salad and my parents went for the Caesar Salad and Lobster Bisque. We all really loved what we ordered. This Disney restaurant has it all going on! Incredible food and service and also such a unique and fun dining setting! Like I say in the video we need to go back to this table service gem more often! It’s amazing!

I have visited all of the Disney Parks in the United States: Disneyland, California Adventure, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom! It is my dream to one day visited all the international Disney Parks as well! My travel interests also go beyond the Disney Parks, I love vlogging my cruise vacations and trips to all-inclusive resorts!
I am from Pennsylvania and grew up in a small town outside of Philadelphia. I currently live back and fourth between my home in PA and Texas. My fiance is from Texas just outside of the Dallas area. I met my Fiance Danny through working with his Mom. She connected us and we started dating long-distance. Danny is also a huge Disney fan and participated in the Disney College Program! We recently got engaged at the Philadelphia Zoo on December 21, 2019! We are in the process of planning our dream destination wedding in the Central Florida area and have even been looking into Disney’s Fairytale Weddings! It is our dream soon after we get married to relocate to the Orlando Florida area to live close to Disney World!
