The SORTED guys make this Italian favourite their own with some British beef and a splash of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce to create the Italian favourite, Beef Lasagne.
Ben and Barry are planning on giving this Italian favourite a British twist, starting with onion, carrots and celery mixed with some pancetta and British beef before adding tomatoes, red wine and a dash of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce. They’ll also make a béchamel sauce from milk and layer them up with lasagne sheets and lots of grated parmesan cheese.
