Ingredients
500g Durum wheat semolina pasta/dried spaghetti pasta (or other long pasta of choice)
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil , separated
2 1/2 tbsp of unsalted butter
1kg clams & 500g prawns, or make your own
8 garlic cloves (5 cloves to be blend in tomato purée) & 3 cloves finely sliced)
4 tomato’s peel the skin( burn it on your gas stove)
1 red chili
1 bird’s eye chili
( blend 5 cloves garlic, peeled tomato, red chili and bird’s eye chili in blender roughly)
1/2 canned of tomato purée (small can)
Cooked the blended tomato purée and 1/2 canned tomato pure till thickens the sauce before adding in blanched clams and prawns
5 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
Salt according to your needs and taste
Black pepper to your needs and taste
