Few nights ago on Netflix, we chanced upon an Italian Chef sharing his 20 year old secret recipe for his famous pork chop at a restaurant in Venice.

The secret behind his pork chop is a quick dip of deep fried meat into boiling white vinegar and BOOMZ we are in pork chop heaven.

This will be the way we are gonna eat our homemade pork chop starting today.

The tangy flavour of the vinegar far surpasses what we would expect from a squeeze of lemon juice or dip in tomato sauce.

While it a little by way of crisped crust, the flavours from this new way of cooking is absolutely mouthwatering.
