…a country which boasts over one million vineyards in cultivation and where grapes are grown in almost every region!
Hosted in association with Sommelier’s Choice, the evening celebrated the award winning wines from a selection of Italy’s most forward thinking growers. Guests had the opportunity to sample a variety of wines whilst enjoying a complementary Five Course menu devised by FishWorks’ Executive Chef, Michael Brown.
With a menu bursting with flavour and the fabulously fresh seafood dishes for which the restaurant is famous, accompanying wines on the night included Prosecco, Gavi di Gavi, Sauvignon Blanc, Verdicchio all rounded off with the multi award winning Vignalta Alpianae, Colli Euganei Fior d’Arancio DOCG.
