Restaurants and cafés in Germany’s capital Berlin, as well as in Austria, although social distancing rules remain in place, as FRANCE 24’s Berlin correspondent Nick Spicer reports. “We are happy, especially that the virus hurt no one in the neighbourhood, and we are happy to be open again”, one coffee-shop owner told FRANCE 24.
