WHEAT PASTA RECIPE
FOR PASTA
– Boil 1 litre water
– Add 100g wheat
pasta
– 2/3 tbsp salt
– Stir to avoid sticking
– Cook on high heat
for 10-12 minutes.
– Perform knife test
– Strain and use
FOR VEGGIES
– Pour oil on a large
skillet
– Add 1 tbsp garlic
– Add 2/3 cup chopped
onions
– Add chopped carrots,
green beans & corns
( 1 cup each)
– Add salt to taste
– Cook on medium heat
while stirring
FOR WHITE SAUCE
– Heat butter on a
saute pan
– Add 1 tbsp gram
flour (besan)
– Stir continuously
– Pour 2 cups milk
– Cook for 5-10 mins,
stirring continuously,
until the sauce has
thickened
– Add seasonings
(Salt to taste,
1 tbsp black pepper,
mixed herbs)
Serving
– Mix Pasta, veggies and white sauce
– Add shredded cheese
