Dough recipe: (Curtesy of Taste & Tell)
In a bowl combine
2 1/2 cups warm water & 1/4 cup sugar
Add 3 tsp instant yeast
once yeast solution foams, add 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Mix with 6 cups flour & 2 tsp salt.
Put in fridge to rise for 1 hour.
Roll dough and cut in to strips.
Tie dough strips into knots & brush with olive oil
Bake in lightly greased pan at 350 for 10 – 15 minutes
Remove from oven and brush with melted butter flavored with garlic powder and sprinkle with parmesan cheese & Italian seasoning
Fondue recipe:
1/3 pound gouda
1/3 pound gruyere
1/3 pound fontina
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup of your favorite wine
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp basle
1 tsp cajun seasoning
