Boodle Fight Sa Tag-Ulan in a Filipino Farm!
I saw in my phone our old video when we did a boodle fight with Ma’am Susan Enriquez for Ijuander of GMA News TV. So I decided to surprise my wife with a boodle fight but the rain started to pour as I was going around the farm to pick some fruits. Boodle fight in the Philippines actually originated from the Philippine Military Academy as a tradition where cadets would gather around a long table full of food and rice spread over banana leaves and eaten with bare hands. Cadets are supposed to attack the food until it’s all gone. We have tried sumptuous and massive boodle fight meals in some restaurants when we travel aside from the boodle fight prepared for us with the Ijuander team in Mindoro but today will be special since we ourselves prepared and cooked the food ourselves. I gathered the banana leaves when it stopped raining and eventually my wife helped me prepare the food. It is a simple boodle fight and it is a fun activity that my wife and I both enjoyed. Watch our simple boodle feast and share with us your amazing boodle fight experiences in the comments.
