Hey guys, here you can find my tutorial of how to make step by step the authentic saffron risotto or how we call it in Italy, Risotto alla milanese.
I used the lemon to give a touch of freshness to my dish but is optional.
Ingredients for 2 people
Rice arborio 140g

Parmigiano cheese 40g
White wine 2tbs
