A simple and delightful dessert
I have made this without gelatin powder using agar agar/China grass in my style
.
Ingredients:-
Agar agar /china grass/veg gelatin-2packet
Mango-3medium,peeled and chopped
Sugar-1/4cup
Cream-1/4cup
Milkmaid-1tbsp(optional)

Milk-half liter
Sugar-1cup

Method:-
1.In a mixing bowl break agar agar into small pieces and soak it in 1cup water for 10 minutes.
2.After 10 minutes drain excess water and mash it nicely and keep aside.
To make mango puree:-
1.In a blender add mango with 2 cups milk and blend it to a smooth puree.
2.Transfer puree in a pan.
3.Add cream,milkmaid,sugar and half portion of agar agar.
4.Switch on the flame and keep it on low flame.
5.Stir continuously and cook for 5 minutes.
Mango mixture is ready
6.Now take serving glasses and place them tilted using any bowl or tray.
7.Pour the mango mixture into the glasses and refrigerate it for 2 hour or till it set completely.
To make milk mixture:-
1.Bring milk to a boil add sugar.
2.Stir well until sugar dissolves completely
3.Now add other half portion of agar agar
Mix well and cook for few minutes.
Done.
4.Take out the glasses set up from the refrigerator.
5.Pour the milk mixture into glasses.
Refrigerator it for 2 hours or till it set completely.
Done
