We had a SOLD OUT Raw Vegan Workshop on Italian Food at PC Studio Cooking Experience Centre yesterday!

It was so lovely meeting so many participants who are curious about raw food. For some, it was their first time and for others, they’ve already enjoyed making raw vegan food and wanted to learn even more recipes.

This was a fully hands-on workshop where I taught them how to make:
1. Italian Meatballs
2. Fettuccine Alfredo
3. Healthy Ferrero Rocher

They learnt lots of raw food techniques such as spiralizing, dehydrating, mixing, food processing, blending, cutting and soaking.

Congratulations! Everyone successfully made all 3 delicious, beautiful dishes.

Thank you to Philip for inviting me to conduct the very first raw vegan workshop at their centre and a huge shoutout to the entire team for all the assistance and support to ensure everything went smoothly.
