For Dough:

πŸ‘‰Knead everything for about 10 minutes and then cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 2-4 hours.

For Filling:
β–ͺ️Lamb Salami 200gm
β–ͺ️Sliced Mushrooms 150gm
β–ͺ️Fresh Basil Leaves 6-7
β–ͺ️Chopped Onion 1 (medium)
β–ͺ️Tomato Puree 4 Tablespoons
β–ͺ️Red Chilli (mild) 1
β–ͺ️Olive Oil 2 Tablespoons
β–ͺ️Salt & Black Pepper To Taste
β–ͺ️Chopped Garlic 1 Tablespoon
β–ͺ️Mozerrala Cheese per requirement
β–ͺ️Ricotta/parmesan cheese or mascarpone.
(You can use creamcheese as substitute).

πŸ‘‰ Saute onion and cook rest of the ingredients in oil. There shouldn’t be any moisture in the filling.

You need any of these πŸ‘‰ Ricotta, mascarpone, parmesan (if you could find halal or vegetarian) and mozerrala cheese. You can use cream cheese if you like.

Method:
β–ͺ️Knead the dough with wet/oily hands for 5-7 minutes again.
β–ͺ️Leave to rise again for 30 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the filling.
β–ͺ️Roll out the pizza dough. Fill the half of it with salami filling, top it with cheese and fresh basil leaves.
β–ͺ️Close (turnover) the other side like a semi-circle. Close carefully.
β–ͺ️Brush the pizza with tomato puree, that’s how calzone is supposed to be.
β–ͺ️Bake it on 250Β°c (fan 230Β°c) for 12-14 minutes depends upon the oven.
