Tuscan Ribeye Steak
-Season 1 ribeye steak with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
-sear in a hot cast iron pan 2-3 minutes per side
-finish off in a 400 degree oven for 3-5 minutes depending on how well you want your steak done. I pulled mine at 4 minutes and it finished at medium.
-Toast and slice 1 baguette (375 for 15 minutes)

Whipped Blue Cheese Cream
-4 Oz cream cheese
-1/4-1/2 cup extra chunky blue cheese dressing
-A few crumbles of blue cheese
-With a hand held mixer, whip all ingredients together until blended.
-Spread blue cheese cream on baguette slices, top with Arugula, steak and garnish with blue cheese crumbles and fresh oregano! Enjoy!
