Hi everyone! It’s getting warmer so it’s time to start thinking about #roséallday! I filmed this eclectic vlog on Mother’s day and enjoyed the sunshine while talking to you about three different rosé wines. I also do a little gardening and cooking. I hope you enjoy!

Brazilian-Inspired Rockfish

1 lb rockfish fillets
Old Bay Seasoning and black pepper, to taste
1 cup sweet cherry tomatoes
2 scallions, sliced
1 tbsp minced fresh oregano, or other herb of choice

Lightly season fish with Old Bay and pepper and sear. Flip to second side, top with remaining ingredients and cover with a lid to steam. Cook until the fish lightly flakes. Enjoy!
