1 Kg bovine meat.
1 Liter of water.
120 Grams of carrots.
120 Grams of celery.
1 Big onion.
A handful of parsley.
A bounch of Thyme.
Few grains of black pepper.
Few grains of cloves.
15 Grams of salt.
