Buffalo Cauliflower Nachos:
1 head cauliflower
cumin
adobo seasoning
1/2 C Hot Sauce
1 T vegan butter
chili powder
garlic powder
chopped onion
vegan cheese

Cashew Queso:
1 cup raw cashews
1 clove garlic
1/4 c nutritional yeast
1 red bell pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
3/4 c water
siracha seasoning
garlic salt
cumin & chili powder (optional)

Cowboy Caviar(small batch):
1 avocado
1/2 can black beans
1/2 can sweet corn
2 mini bell peppers
red onion
cherry tomatoes halved
1/4 c olive oil
1/8c white wine vinegar
1 t chili powder
italian seasoning
1 T sugar (to taste)
