It’s summer time in the Philippines and the season for it’s delicious mangoes as well. As we await the lifting of the lockdown, we are finding ways and learning from you guys on what we can do with our mangoes here in my wife’s family’s farm in Batangas. Many of you suggested pickled mangoes for the green ones so we did some research and found it as a fairly easy recipe that we can try. So, this is it!
