2 onions, small
5 potatoes, small
1/2 cup dry lentils (or one can, drained)
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup white cooking wine
6 cups vegetable broth (I did 6 cups water + 2tbs Better Than Bouillon no chicken base)
1 can coconut milk
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 qts kale, picked of stems
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Serve with nutritional yeast sprinkled on top for that OG experience 🙂
