2 Chicken Breasts cut into fillet to make them thinner
For Marinade
Salt, Pepper to taste
2 tsp Garlic Powder
For the Topping
1 cup Tomato Passata – or pureed tomatoes. I use the ones in a bottle
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Brown the Chicken on an oven proof pan and then place the pan int he oven for the chicken to cook through
After Chicken is cooked add the tomato sauce and cheese on top of the chicken and put it back in the oven until the cheese melts – 10-15 minutes only
