WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THE RAGÙ SAUCE
– 1 cup (200g) of beef minced meat
– 1 cup (200g) of pork minced meat
– 2 celery stalks
– 2/3 carots
– 3 onions
– 2 tablespoon of parsley
– 2 cups (400g) peeled tomatoes
– 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
– 1 glass of red wine Brunello di Montalcino
– salt and pepper to taste
