Signed Art. Rumi, Milano. Made in Italy (205). Bowl itself is heavy. The glaze is thick and Has four different colors hey wine red, black, Dark Caribbean blue, and pale green. The design appears as a Picasso drawing in the middle of the bottom of the bowl. If anybody knows what this is please comment below. Thank you
