Chicken Parmesan Keto Friendly Low Carb
We made Chicken Parmesan with zero carb unflavored whey protein
2 lbs Chicken Breast
1 tbs seasoning salt
1 tbs Italian seasoning
1 tsp pepper
3/4 cup or 2 scoops isopure unflavored whey protein
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp chili powder
28 oz pasta sauce or marinara sauce
1/4 cup onion
1 tbs garlic
(i added additional seasoning to my sauce chili powder, Italian seasoning and garlic powder)
top each piece of chicken with mozzarella cheese
bake the chicken at 400 for 10 mins or until brown.
