I’m so happy to see you guys back on my channel! This 3 course dinner menu we thoroughly thought through and cooked, turned out to be amazingly delicious and I’m glad to share this with you.

Recipes (all below)
Starter 1- Burrata with Tartufo taste
Ingredients
1 Burrata portion
-1 medium size burrata (with tartufo aroma if possible)
-7 cherry tomatoes
-2 basil leafs
-Salt, pepper, olive oil and sweet balsamic vinegar to taste
Directions:
* Place burrata on a plate
* Cut cherry tomatoes in half’s and place the cut tomatoes around the burrata
* Add salt, pepper, olive oil and sweet balsamic vinegar to taste on top of the burrata and cherry tomatoes
* Garnish burrata with a basil leaf on top
Starter 2: Grilled veggies with Parmesan cheese on top
Portion for 2 people
– 1 Egg plant
– 1 Zucchini
– 1 Red or yellow bell pepper
– Olive oil
– Parmesan cheese
– Salt and Pepper
Directionss:
* Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 5 min
* Cut veggies in 1/4 thick slices
* Place baking paper on a trail and add cut veggies.
* Add olive oil, salt and pepper generous or to taste
* Roast veggies for 15-18 min
* Place one roasted veggies layer on a plate and add Parmesan then add the rest of the veggies and then add more Parmesan (let’s make sure all veggies get to have Parmesan cheese on top)
MAIN- Rigatoni with Salccicia
– 4 (about 500g) Italian sausages
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 Spanish onion, finely chopped
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
– 2 garlic cloves, crushed
– 300g Swiss brown mushrooms, sliced
– chilli flakes
– 2 x 410g cans diced tomatoes
– 250g rigatoni pasta
– 150g thick cream
– 150g parmesan, grated
Directions:
* Split open the sausages, place the meat in a bowl and discard the casings.
* Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and rosemary, and cook until the onion starts to soften. Increase heat to high and add the garlic, crumbled sausage meat, mushrooms and chilli. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the sausage is lightly browned.
* Reduce heat to low and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, mashing into the sausage mixture, then bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for a further 10 minutes, stirring, until the sauce thickens.
* Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water following packet directions or until al dente (7 mins) Drain.
* Stir the cream and half the parmesan into the sauce, then toss with the pasta. Serve with the remaining parmesan.
DESSERT: Berry crumble pots
– 2 tbsp good-quality strawberry jam
– Juice 2 clementines
– 300g mixed berries
– 150ml fresh custard
– 4 tbsp double cream, lightly whipped (or use crème fraîche or Greek yogurt if you prefer)
– 8 amaretti biscuits
Directions-
Mix the jam and citrus juice together in a bowl.
Stir in the berries. Divide half the berries between 4 glasses or small bowls. Top with the custard, the rest of the berries and finally the cream.
Crumble over the biscuits and serve.
