A week of cooking & culture in luxury as our guests stay at the Palazzo Seneca in the charming hilltop town of Norcia. We’ll have 4 hands-on cooking classes, one of which is an exclusive chocolate making class at the Perugina Chocolate Factory. Beautiful excursions, including Assisi, Cortona, Montefalco, and much more. Some of our visits this week will be at a family-run winery, a traditional cold press olive oil mill, and with a ricotta cheese producer. We’ll even go out on a truffle hunt with a champion truffle hunting dog!
