what I eat in a day to stay fit, healthy and motivated.
for me is very important eating good, healthy food … I really enjoy eating good so this is not some sort of diet, is just my lifestyle and I feel good eating mostly plant based.. I do consume some animal products as fish and eggs, this from time to time… so I’ll say I eat 90% plant based.
I do workout pretty much everyday , or once every other day .
