On our way to Saragossa Game Reserve, we experienced a hail storm which luckily didn’t cause any damage to our rental car. We didn’t realize that South Africa is prone to hail storms, some severe, due to its location.
Saragossa Game Lodge provides its guests with luxury accommodation, wonderful gourmet dining, and a magnificent view of surrounding landscapes. Most ingredients are sourced in their organic farm and spring water from the mountains is drinkable. In 2008, a German businessman bought one of the portions of the Elandshoek as a country retreat and farm. From then on, the property has expanded.
