Lasagna (Recipe in English)
Ingredients:
Kashmir Cooking Oil
1 pack over-ready Lasagna strips
1 kg qeema (meat of choice)
1 chopped onion
6 tomatoes puree
2 chopped cloves of garlic
1 fresh basil leaf (tulsi)
1 large pack sour cream and grated mozzarella cheese
For making Sauce:
Fry chopped onions and garlic for 5-7 minutes, on medium heat, and add the qeema in it. Cook for 10 minutes and add tomato puree in it and then use a masher to mash until there appears meat sauce texture. Cover & cook for 10 minutes and add salt and pepper. Now finally add basil leaf and cover it with the lid for another 5 minutes and then take it off the stove.
For making lasagna
Oil the bottom of a casserole lasagna dish and start layering. For layering, add a layer of lasagna pasta, then the sauce you made, sour cream, and cheese. Repeat this 4 times. On the top layer add a good amount of cheese.
Cover & bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Then remove the cover and grill for 5 minutes until cheese is brown.
Take out from the oven and serve hot with red chili flakes and salad.
