When it comes to restaurants, New York City offers plenty of options. But two new international concepts are changing the perception of the typical dining experience. Zagat editor Billy Lyons visited Yo! – a sushi restaurant with a conveyer belt – and Ikinari Steak – where guests are encouraged to stand while dining – to see whether these new restaurants have staying power in a city full of crazy dining experiences.
