RECIPE for Hamburger Stir Fry:

Ingredients:

1 lb low fat ground beef
1 small onion (diced)
10 oz bag frozen California blend (Broc, cauliflower, carrots)
5 oz frozen peas
Minced Garlic (1 TBS)
1/2 TBS Better than bullion
1/2 TBS Hoisen
3/4 cup chicken or veggie broth
1/2 cup dry Rice (Brown, white or wild)

1 tsp white sugar

1/2 tsp of each of the spices below:

Dill Weed
Paprika
Parsley
Italian Seasoning
Onion Salt
Trader Joe Chili Lime seasoning Or similar

First start your rice cooking per package directions (I also add a splash of soy sauce)
Next, fry up hamburger with diced onion and all the spices
Once browned remove from pan
Add to same pan all of the frozen veggies and allow to soften
Add in garlic and 1/2 to 3/4 cup chicken broth after about 5 min and allow to reduce to no liquid
Add hoisin sauce and bullion and stir

Salt and pepper to taste
Once the liquid is absorbed you can add your rice to the mixture and stir, remove from heat
Last add 1 tsp of sugar

Make 5 servings (around 1/5 cups) at 6 Smart Points per serving
