Its help me to feel better.Look at my workout.Each exercise is done three times 1 min.I ussually buy or order food. I decided to change this habit and start cooking the right food.Of course until they open the borders and I will fly to Italy because there I can’t refuse myself PIZZA OR PASTA Italian ice cream is paradise .But for now my everyday life in quarantine.
