Ruthie makes wine cookies for Nonna Nika for Mother’s Day. You can add anise if you’d like!
Recipe: 1/2 C white or red wine 1/2 C sugar 1/3 C oil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 2 1/4 C flour and extra sugar for coating the cookies. Don’t need them too much! The dough should be soft 🙂
