🚜Today is the time of Bocale Winery, from Montefalco in Umbria.
🌍A little taste of it with the words of Valentino, the producer, and of some partners of us from all over the world: Jason and Meredith from USA, Gautam from Germany and Hans from Denmark! They talk about: Trebbiano Spoletino DOC, Montefalco Rosso DOC and Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG! 🍷
🔛 In the video there are also some amazing news from Bocale:
🔸the labelling of the first selection of Sagrantino, that will be out with the name of Valentino’s father: Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG 2015 Ennio
🔸the new denomination of Trebbiano Spoletino that this year became finally a DOC: Spoleto DOC 2019
🌱 the certification of the winery as organic: as present to celebrate the 10th year of Bocale winery the Valentini family choose to be officially organic winery in three years from now, even if they use artisanal and green production systems since a lot of time and their wines are already certified as Vegan.
