May I present to you this Italian dish “Creamy Italian Genovese Pesto Pasta” that I got to know from my Italian friends. This from-scratch is exceptionally tasty as the pesto is freshly blitzed with the salty & vibrant pesto and snappy beans paired with the most perfectly creamy cooked pasta. When we returned home, this soon became a staple for lunches!
This is a recipe for 4 people. If you have too much left you can eat it the next day
INGREDIENTS:
– 200 g Christmas tomatoes
– 150 g Parmesan cheese
– 150 g Pecorino cheese
– 250 g Mushrooms
– 50 g Pine nuts
– 500 g Pasta of your choice
– 100 g Dried tomatoes
– 100 g Green beans
– 100 ml Olive oil
– 20-25 pieces of shrimp or 350 g Breast chicken filet
– 5 cloves of garlic
– 1 Pasta broth
– 1 Bunch of basil
– 1 Lemon
– 1 tbsp Sour cream (optional)
