How to cook seafood pesto pasta at home. Easy home cooking during this ECQ.
Ingredients:
Pasta of your choice. Here I used spaghetti 300g
PESTO sauce 1/2 cup
2 cups of mixed seafood (mussels,prawns,clams)
You can use squid and fish too
A handful of spinach leaves
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1/2 chicken cube
1 cup grated cheese
Olive oi 2 tablespoon
Salt and ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of Italian herbs
