How to Make Traditional Italian Carbonara. A good traditional carbonara Roman style is probably one of the most delicious pasta ever. A true traditional Carbonara, like they make it in Rome only requires 7 ingredients but when it is done right is amazing. We will show you how we make Carbonara. This recipe was given to us by a real roman and we made it like this since than. To make carbonara truly traditional you do not use any cream. The creaminess comes from the eggs emulsified with the pasta cooking water. In the traditional carbonara recipe there are no pees as well, that is a north American invention. Ingredients for 4 people:
4 egg yolks plus one whole egg
100 gr or giuanciale (or panceta, or bacon)
50 gr of grated pecorino romano (or parmiggiano reggiano)
One teaspoon of oil
salt to taste
lots of ground pepper
360 gr of spaghetti.

In March 2017, Rick and Andrea (confessed Travel Addicts) started a Facebook Group called Travel Addicts as a way to share their travel photos and videos not just with their own respective friend’s lists – but with the world. Part of the reason was for bragging rights (I mean, that’s kind of the point of sharing photos, right?), but also to help answer questions to others about the destinations they have visited.
After inviting some of our friends and family, it grew and grew – and as of June 2019, the group has grown to over 200,000 members! One reason for our success, we believe, is that we have done our best to ensure only high-quality photos and videos get shared, all while limiting the use of commercial content.
