How to make the Real and Most Authentic Bolognese sauce recipe by an Italian – Ale’s Italian Kitchen

This is one of the most authentic Bolognese sauce recipe you will ever find as it’s my grandma’s recipe. My whole family is from a town near Bologna where this recipe was invented and I bet you wouldn’t find anywhere else such an original recipe and I am pleased to give it to the world today 🙂

Ingredients for this recipe:
– One carrot;
– One celery;

– One onion;
– 250 gr beef mince;
– 250 gr pork mince;
– Half glass of milk;
– Half glass of white wine;
– One litre tomato passata;
– Parmesan cheese;
– Extra virgin olive oil;
– Salt and pepper.

*the sauce can be frozen and taken out to be ready to use after microvave it or taken out in the morning to use it in the evening. I generally make it a lot so I have it ready for a long time when I fancy it. In this video I used 500 gr of each meat, so I will have it for a long time 🙂

Kitchen tools you need for this recipe:
– A pan;
– A chopping board;
