This delicious Italian meat sauce is packed with flavour. You will definitely impress your dinner guests by serving them a plate of ragù with tagliatelle or any other type of pasta, gnocchi, or even in lasagne. A bit time-consuming, but pretty simple to make as not much can go wrong. Plus, ragù freezes very well so you can make a big batch to have at a later date.

In this video I explain how to make a bolognese sauce using ground beef. Unlike other ragù recipes, this sauce is dairy free, which is great if you are lactose intolerant or keep Kosher. I serve my meat sauce up with spaghetti, but I would recommend having it with tagliatelle if you can.
