Buongiorno everybody! Today I will teach you how to cook Frico. This dish is from an italian region called Friuli Venezia Giulia. It’s considered a “poor food” because all you need is cheese and potatoes. You can use different kind of cheese, according to what you have available. The taste might be different, but tasty nontheless!
