Roasted Brussel Sprouts Ingredients:
-2 packets of shaved Brussel sprouts
-2 large honeycrisp apples
-1 small-medium sized bunch celery
-1 cup raw walnuts
-1 package paleo/keto bacon
-Oil left from cooking bacon
-Olive oil to your preference, the more the better the will roast.
-Sugar free balsamic vinegar
-2 teaspoons salt
-1 teaspoon pepper
-3 teaspoons salt-free italian seasoning
Mix all over the veggies and fruit and seasoning together then bake at 450F for 40 mins, after 20 mins toss the veggies around and continue to do so every ten minutes so all the veggies evenly cook. After 40 mins remove the tray from the oven and add bacon bits and walnuts. Mix everything together Then Broil on HIGH until your desired preference (another 10-15 minutes)
Total baking time: 50-55 minutes.

Roasted Lemon Herb Chicken Thighs
-6 pounds bone-in skin-on chicken thighs (about 12 pieces)
-Juice on 1 lemon
-Half packet of fresh rosemary (3 tablespoons after picking off the stems)
-Half packet of thyme (3 tablespoons after picking off the stems)
-2 teaspoons salt
-1 teaspoon pepper
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-3 teaspoons salt-free italian seasoning
-1 teaspoon orange peel
Blend all the seasonings together in a blender. Pour over chicken and evenly coat them in the sauce.
Bake at 450F for 40 mins. Then flip over the chicken thighs then bake another 20 mins at 425F.
Total baking time: 1 hour.
