Hvar Wine Tour continued in elegant hotel and restaurant Le Clarisse. This castle was build in the 16th century with a view at Tyrrhenian Sea. This successful tour was organized by president of Hvar Wine Association, Ivana Krstulović Carić and Cultural Attache in Rome Ines Šprem. The event was organized in partnership with the Italian Sommelier‘s Foundation.

That evening wine maker from Hvar Ivo Carić was the Chef in the restaurant kitchen. Besides Calabrese food Ivo was preparing Dalmatian dishes that taste great with wine. Like anchovies with cabbage, code fish in white sauce, black risotto and Dalmatian sweets…
