For the pasta al forno we used:
500gr of Rigatoni;
2 cups of shredded mozzarella (you may want more or less);
1 cup of parmigiano reggiano (you may want more or less)
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs;
besciamella (butter, milk, all pourpose flour, salt, pepper, nutmag);
ragu (canned diced and tomato sauce, ground beef, onions, carrots, celery, milk, red wine, salt).
