Itβs been nearly a couple of months since most of us last dined at a restaurant. But at some time in the future we will, when restaurants reopen, we hope most of them do, in a new βsocial-distancedβ setting. Whilst we look forward to that, hereβs a #gourmetontheroad episode from our last pre-lockdown outing to a restaurant, this was on Holi, where we set out to celebrate this festival of colours with an array of 14 colourful, steamed dumplings at Sriracha, Bengaluruβs popular Pan Asian restaurant with Chef Vikas Seth!
