Here is my delicious Best Ever Lasagne recipe!
BOLOGNESE SAUCE INGREDIENTS
500g beef mince
4 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1/2 – 1 red capsicum
8 button mushrooms
2 tins of diced tomatoes
2 tsp salt
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp italian herbs
WHITE SAUCE INGREDIENTS
150g butter
300g white flour
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1L milk
215g cheese (sprinkle on top of lasagne)
