Garlic Turmeric Rice with Shredded Carrots
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup jasmine rice (yields roughly 4-5 servings)
1 medium carrot, peeled and grated (or two small-ish ones)
4 large garlic cloves – minced (use as much garlic as you desire, though! I use A LOT)
¼ cup Grapeseed oil (or Safflower; which is what I used)
1 scoop vegetable(or chicken) bouillon powder (or 2-2.5 cups vegetable or chicken broth)
1tbsp turmeric powder
1tsp salt (or less/more depending on your preference)
