I am starting a new series on my channel, where I share the recipe for what I meal prep for the week. I’m so excited, because this recipe was the very first video and recipe I ever posted to Youtube and has been adapted over the years.
Zuppa Toscana Soup
1lb. bacon
1 lb. Italian sausage (mild or hot)
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 TBSP oil of choice
salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasonings, & paprika, to taste (for roasting cauliflower)
salt & pepper, to taste
4 garlic cloves, minced
red pepper flakes, to taste
Italian seasoning, to taste
1 onion, chopped
7 C kale
1 carton of chicken stock
2-4 C water
